Tracking 

Most orders have tracking information updated upon dispatch (only exception being International Economy which does not come with tracking) and we will automatically send you a notification via email or sms. If you have not received a notification, please check your spam folder or you can email us at avalon@mamapapa.com.au.

We use Australia Post for both domestic and international shipments. Typically (excluding holiday periods) for domestic packages it takes 2-3 business days....for international packages it’s anywhere from 5-9 business days but we have seen this take longer in some instances.
